We all know that the composition of hydraulic jacks includes the main body of hydraulic jacks, pump rooms, and their pipelines (especially high-pressure oil pipes). The success of hydraulic jack operation is closely related to the installation of pipelines.
1. The high-pressure oil pipe of the hydraulic jack and the return oil pipe of the pump room should extend below the oil level of the oil tank, so as to avoid the mixing of bubbles due to oil splashing.
2. The return pipe of the automatic outflow valve cannot be immediately connected to the inlet of the pump. The supplier of the right angle pipe joint can independently connect it back to the oil tank and communicate with the main return pipe cooling tower, which can prevent the problem of rapid temperature rise.
3. The oil discharge holes of pressure regulating valves, speed regulating valves, vacuum solenoid valves, etc. with external leakage are allowed to have back pressure when connected to the return oil pipe. Otherwise, they should be independently connected back to the oil tank to prevent harm to the normal operation of the valve and further cause the inability of the large tonnage hydraulic jack to work normally.
4. The stainless steel pipe joint supplier should have a slope of 0.3% to 0.5% when installing the flat oil pipe, and the rotating pipe joint supplier should fix a 500mm clamp on the oil pipe.
The precision required for hydraulic systems is relatively high, and there is not much clearance in the matching of fitness components. In the installation of hydraulic systems, if there is residue or metal material debris mixed in, it will eventually cause damage or jamming of the hydraulic system, and even lead to component damage and safety accidents. Therefore, it is crucial to conduct thorough cleaning before installation and operation. After long-term operation and application of hydraulic equipment, gear oil deteriorates and must be thoroughly cleaned. If waste such as water, plastic debris, oil sludge, etc. are mixed into the hydraulic system, the service life of the new gear oil will eventually be significantly reduced. 1. Remove all newly installed pipelines and their connectors, and remove any burrs
2. Use saturated solutions such as sodium hydroxide or potassium carbonate to remove oil from the pipeline, and then clean it with warm water
